I Loaf You

Vegan baking recipes seem to come in two forms: super healthy (raw, no-sugar, gluten-free, etc.) or overly complicated (relying on ground flax seeds, using expensive food processors and fancy ingredients). I want to show that vegan baking can be just as easy and delicious as traditional baking.

My recipes involve only ingredients that you can find in general grocery stores that are inexpensive; they also only use minimal equipment and no appliances! Other than an oven of course.

If you have the following, you can make any of my recipes:

  • Fork or whisk
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Wooden spoon
  • Grater
  • Colander or fine mesh strainer
  • Knife
  • Measuring spoons and cups
